- Herd numbers, flock numbers, equine premises numbers, compliance certificates or equivalent as needed to comply with regulatory requirements
- Company name (trade exhibitors & sponsors) Vehicle Registration Number (trade exhibitors)
- Financial information as required to process payments

We use this data to communicate with you about Show matters. Relevant exhibitor’s details will be published in the entries list on the show catalogue and redacted information (without addresses) is published in show results online or in print.

- Agreed to sponsor the Show
- Applied for a trade stand on the Show field
- Entered an exhibit in one of the Sections
- Offered to support the Show

We will NOT sell, distribute or lease your personal data to third parties.Committee members such as Section Secretaries and Officers will use this data to communicate with you about Show matters. Committee members abide by theBonniconlon Show data protection policies and your data will be treated confidentially.
