Made from the following recipe only:
- 1lb flour
- 1 level tsp salt
- 1 level tsp bread soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4oz raisins/sultanas
- 1/2 to 3/4 pt buttermilk
- Bake 30-40 mins at gas 7 / 425F / 220C
