431: Eirgrid €400 Basic "3" Baking Challenge

Competition Rules & Conditions:
- Each competitor must choose 1 item from each of the 3 sections (A, B & C)
- A - 2lb light fruit cake or 8 inch round Victoria sponge (un-iced & jam only)
- B - 3 x fruit scones or 3 x muffins
- C - Apple tart or Bakewell tart
- The items must be freshly baked and the sole work of the exhibitor.
- 1 exhibit only per person.
- Items will be cut & sampled. Points will be awarded to taste, texture & display.
- A 28" x 20" will be provided to display exhibits. Items to be displayed as follows.

The Lily & Paddy Moran Memorial Cup and €30 for the highest number of points in classes 400 to 590.
All entries are now electronic, no entries will be accepted after the closing date.
All classes have the fee €3 unless otherwise stated.
No entries permitted on day of event.
